Steve Roberts, owner of Roberts Development Group, Inc. was born and raised in Kalamazoo. The son of a local residential builder, Steve has learned his craft from the gound up. Steve and his wife Pam have three children and live on the west side of Kalamazoo.
Steve has worked his way up through the business with lengthy experience in framing, siding, roofing and trimming. His hands on experience throughout the years has gained him solid working knowledge of not only specific trades that he has done but also all the other trades including electrical, plumbing and mechanical. All the aspects of building a home that you want your builder to have a strong working knowledge of.
As the business of building has changed so has Steve. Todays builder also needs strong business skills to keep up on the ever changing schedule, technology and change orders that exist in todays building environment. Roberts Development Group uses updated technology such as cloud based estimating software to accurately estimate projects along with scheduling software to keep projects and decisions moving along as planned. Steve believes in staying on top of new technologies and education in an attempt to provide you with the best home possible.
